Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries about 20 large berries
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice optional

Optional Toppings:

  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Shaved dark chocolate
  • Chopped nuts almonds, pistachios, walnuts
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

Prep the Strawberries:

  • Wash and dry strawberries. Slice each in half lengthwise and scoop out a small cavity in the center.

Make the Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using) until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).

Fill the Berries:

  • Transfer filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped. Pipe into each hollowed strawberry half.

Add Toppings:

  • Sprinkle with your choice of toppings such as crushed graham crackers, chocolate shavings, or chopped nuts. Garnish with mint if desired.

Serve or Chill:

  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving for best texture.
