Ingredients
  

Base & Topping:

  • 4 Kinder Bueno bars crushed, divided

Filling:

  • 200 g full-fat cream cheese softened
  • 200 ml heavy whipping cream chilled

Optional:

  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prep the Base:

  • Crush 2 Kinder Bueno bars. Press crumbs into liners/glasses to form a base.

Make the Filling:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. In another bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks.
  • Gently fold cream cheese into whipped cream (add sugar/vanilla if using).

Assemble & Chill:

  • Pipe/spoon filling over bases. Top with remaining crushed Kinder Bueno.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours (or freeze 30 mins for faster setting).

Serve:

  • Drizzle with chocolate or add berries. Store refrigerated for up to 3 days.
