Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter not natural
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt & Combine: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add peanut butter, stirring until smooth (2–3 mins). Remove from heat.
  • Flavor Base: Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  • Add Sugar: Gradually mix in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until fully incorporated. Optional: Add 1–2 tbsp milk if too thick.
  • Set & Chill: Press mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan. Refrigerate 2+ hours until firm.
  • Slice & Serve: Cut into 36 squares. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
